    • Instant communication with skype or telephone support can ensure customer to reach us in case any problem about our equipment or project.
    • We response customers’ operation breakdown in 2-4 hours, diagnose and reply, reach the site ASAP if necessary.
    • Our overseas offices or workshop in Germany, India, and South Africa, with sufficient stock of accessories and professional technicians, can offer timely and effective technical support.
    • Our service system sets regular customer returns and satisfaction survey to improve future work.
